I have added a few more links to some great artists. If you love art and inspiration, you should really check them all out. A special "Thank You" to Stefania Morgante of Gufobardo for the mention on your blog!! I am honored and constantly humbled that people appreciate my work enough to take the time to mention me on their blogs.
Till Later,

I LOVE your blog!!!!
Thank You Lola!!!!
Rosanna!! I love the doll you made for the give away! Can you tell me where you got the face from? Did you make it? I am just learning to do Dottee Dolls and LOVE the face on this precious baby!!! I would really appreicate your guidance.
Hi Elena,
Thank you and I'm flattered that you like my work.
I don't know what a dottee doll is but the best advice I can give you is to tell you to read and study alot of anatomy books. Check out some artdoll books too-I personally like Katherine Dewey's books.
I am a sculptor and muralist that now makes one of a kind (OOAK) artdolls. I sculpt every one of my dolls out of polymer clay, I make the armatures, i sculpt every detail, I design and sew their costumes, I make and dye their wigs, I make the eyes out of glass or white jade, sometimes clay. I write their stories too. I don't use any molds.
This fairy baby has a fully sculpted head, but the features are not entirely human, the eyes, the pout, the tiny chin, and the ears (especially the ears) are exaggerated to look cuter and more elfy or fairyish.
I will sometimes use a photo for a particularly difficult expression.
I wish you the best of luck and I hope this helped a bit.
Rosanna
